Soferm's rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, the payment and refund policy will remain in effect despite any rate adjustments.

Soferm does not guarantee a specific delivery time for any services. We provide our best estimate for when an order will be completed.

Soferm strives to deliver exactly what is expected by our resellers. However, we reserve the right to modify a service type if deemed necessary to fulfill an order.

Soferm is not responsible for any account suspensions, content removals, or deletions carried out by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

Services

Soferm is solely intended to promote your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media accounts, enhancing your appearance and activity based on the service you purchase.

We DO NOT guarantee that new followers will engage with your content; we only guarantee the number of followers you have paid for.

Private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure your account is set to public before placing an order.

We DO NOT ensure that 100% of provided accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, or uploaded content, though we strive to maintain this standard.

You must not upload any content to the Soferm platform that includes nudity or material deemed inappropriate or unsuitable by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media platforms.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be credited to your Soferm wallet, allowing you to use the balance for a replacement order or a new order if the originally purchased service is not delivered.

Once your payment is processed and added to your wallet, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for any reason. If your payment is not reflected in your wallet, please contact Soferm support, and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Filing a dispute or chargeback after a deposit is credited will result in account termination, a permanent ban from our platform, and the removal of any followers or likes delivered to you or your clients' social media accounts.

If your order is placed correctly and does not receive the expected service, please contact support. Some delays may occur due to server issues, but services will still be delivered. If an order is deemed non-deliverable, a refund will be credited to your Soferm wallet.

Orders placed for private or lost accounts are not eligible for refunds. Please review each order carefully before submitting it. Visit our FAQs for guidance on placing orders correctly.

Fraudulent activities, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in account termination and a report to the Anti-Fraud Squad.

Do not use multiple servers for the same page simultaneously. Every order has a defined start and end count, and using multiple servers can disrupt this process, preventing accurate delivery of services.

No refills or refunds will be provided if the link is broken, the profile is disabled, deleted, deactivated, banned, or if the username is changed.
